Joinery Foreman 80-100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan and supervise work in the workshop and on-site
• Read and interpret technical plans and ensure their perfect execution
• Anticipate needs for materials, tools and human resources
• Guarantee compliance with quality standards, safety and SUVA rules
• Monitor project progress, manage unforeseen events and ensure compliance with deadlines
• Supervise teams, distribute tasks and ensure the smooth running of activities
• Coordinate interventions with the technical office, the works management and partners

Profile

• CFC in joinery completed by foreman training
• Confirmed experience in joinery and in team management
• Excellent mastery of manufacturing and installation techniques
• Very good skills in reading plans and technical understanding
• Sense of organization, autonomy and sense of responsibility
• Natural leadership, interpersonal skills and team spirit
