Altrajob accompanies its client, a company active in energy services and customer management solutions. In order to strengthen its Customer Service, we are looking for a:

Bilingual FR-ALL Customer Advisor M/F

>>> Missions :

• Respond to customer requests by telephone and ensure professional follow-up * Identify the needs of interlocutors and provide them with adapted advice * Handle requests autonomously and ensure file follow-up * Perform various administrative and back-office tasks related to customer service * Guarantee clear communication and a quality customer experience

>>> Your profile :

You are bilingual (French - German) and benefit from a first professional experience within a customer service department (junior profiles are welcome).

You possess excellent interpersonal skills, very good written expression, and particularly enjoy contact with customers.

Comfortable with IT tools, notably MS Office, you work in an autonomous, precise, and structured manner.
