We are a private Swiss company specializing in the design and manufacture of high-precision CNC machines. We provide complete solutions to our international clientele for the production of precision tools and operate in a " " working environment.

Being on the path of digital transformation for a few years, we are looking for an ERP, Data Digitalisation Specialist to strengthen our IS team.

ERP, Data Digitalisation Specialist

YOUR MISSION :

• Analyze business needs and translate them into concrete solutions
• Provide local support to users and accompany change
• Identify opportunities for automation and the use of AI to improve efficiency and user experience
• Ensure the maintenance, continuous improvement, and reliability of business applications
• Evolve and optimize existing solutions: ProConcept ERP, Odoo, PowerBi, Visiativ process

YOUR PROFILE :

• Bachelor in business informatics (HES or ES) or training deemed equivalent
• Additional training or specialization in AI or BI strongly desired
• Good mastery of relational databases and Oracle and/or SQL Server environments (SQL, PL/SQL, TSQL)
• Good understanding of APIs, integrations between systems and data flows (Java, Python)
• Understanding of ERP concepts and experience with market solutions (ProConcept, Odoo)
• Solid experience in analyzing business needs and translating them into digital solutions
• Native French speaker, you have very good knowledge of English
• Strong customer/user orientation and a "hands-on" person
• Good team spirit and interpersonal skills
