Job Description

In order to strengthen our existing team, we are looking for an autonomous staffing specialist with excellent interpersonal skills. After complete training on our services, you will be responsible for prospecting new partners, particularly trades in the finishing trades sector in the Neuchâtel region.

• Develop a client portfolio by prospecting new companies in the region
• Secure new collaborations by offering them qualified personnel adapted to their needs
• Retain existing clients through regular follow-up and quality service
• Recruit candidates: posting advertisements, profile selection, interviews, presentation to clients

Profile Sought

• Experience in commerce or HR services (ideally in staffing)
• CFC commerce or other equivalent diploma
• Very good interpersonal skills, comfortable with exchanges with clients and candidates
• Knowledge of CCT (collective labor agreements) or good capacity to learn
• Available and mobile by vehicle to travel to clients and mission sites
• Very good knowledge of the region
• Strong taste for challenge and proactivity
• Proficiency in Portuguese, a real asset
