We are currently looking for a Construction Economist Your mission * Study tender documents and identify the key subjects of the file * In turnkey contracting, ensure the compliance of concepts with current regulations by relying on mandatories * In Design -- Build, develop concepts with current regulations by relying on mandatories * Identify and quantify the potential savings achievable on the project by suggesting optimizations and variants * Establish the measurements necessary for the studies * Manage the interfaces between the different CFC * Identify opportunities and risks in coordination with the other specialists of the Technical Design Office * Elaborate the technical documents for the offers according to the request of the MO * Participate in commercial closings and oral negotiations Your profile * Studies in Construction Economics * Confirmed experience of 5 years minimum in a similar position within a general contractor or active in the construction sector (tender management and costing) * Good knowledge of technical standards and current regulations * Very good mastery of costing tools * Analytical and synthetic spirit, rigor and precision * Ability to manage several projects simultaneously * Team spirit and collaborative We offer * A position with diversified missions within a dynamic company * Teamwork on varied projects * A pleasant working environment * Attractive working conditions and social benefits Start: immediately or to be agreed Location: offices in Genève and/or Morges Activity rate: 100 % We thank you to address your complete application file, to the attention of Madame Jessica Argese, Human Resources Manager.
