The [Département de médecine](< >)(D-MED) is composed of 14 medico-nursing entities (12 medical services, 1 Unité d'investigation et de traitements brefs (UITB) and the Centre de transfusion sanguine (CTS)) with notably the particularity of having technical platforms in its organization (including interventional cardiology and digestive and pulmonary endoscopy), several treatment and care platforms (biological treatments, photopheresis and medical care), 1 center for hospital and outpatient dialysis. 3 rehabilitation and habilitation programs. Furthermore, the medico-nursing activity is strongly dedicated to inpatient patients (9 care units, 160 beds) with internal consultants benefiting the patient population taken care of by other medical departments. IT Correspondent - 80% As part of your function, you ensure the proper functioning of the IT systems of the Département de Médecine. You ensure the management and follow-up of requests as well as the follow-up of the renewal of the IT park of the Département de Médecine in connection with the DTN-IA. You coordinate with the team of IT correspondents the maintenance, updates, version upgrades, migrations of the department's software with external and internal editors, notably with the application referents of the services, the DTN-IA and the biomedical service. You provide assistance to the users of the department. You participate in the preparation of statistics. Qualifications You hold a Bachelor in computer science and you have knowledge in Windows 11, in infrastructure and in networking. You have knowledge of office hardware and software (PCs, printers and accessories, barcode readers, office software ...). You have knowledge of SQL language programming tools. Optional: You have knowledge of institutional tools (DPI, DPA, Qualiac, GRECO, VNA). You know the software possess knowledge in medical imaging (DICOM files, ultrasound ...). You are a person determined to deepen your knowledge through specific training. You have perfect mastery of the French language as well as a good writing ability and have good knowledge of the English language, spoken and written.
