Desired profile

• CFC/ES/HES in electronics, micro-technologies or related field * Proven experience in an electronic/micro-electronic environment or deemed close * Knowledge of electronic assembly methods related to the PCB field: pick & place, SMT, screen printing, bumping, bonding, etc.. * Skills in technical quoting and cost price calculation * Ease in client relations, particularly in complex and regulated technical environments * A hands-on person, rigorous and loving varied and multidisciplinary work * Looking towards the long term * Languages: French, English

You will be responsible for the complete management of client projects, from the analysis of needs to production follow-up (prototypes, small or large series):

• Technical and organizational piloting of projects in collaboration with internal teams (manufacturing, quality...). - Client interface: you are the preferred contact point, guaranteeing the correct understanding of technical requirements and overall satisfaction. - Quoting and estimates: evaluation of feasibility, assembly times, choice of technical means, estimation of costs based on equipment and resources, doing so by relying on the internal expertise of technicians and other qualified employees. - Calculation of cost prices: monitoring project profitability, analysis of variances and implementation of corrective actions if necessary. - Compliance with standards and quality requirements specific to sensitive sectors (medtech, pharma, space, etc.). - Regular presence in production in order to support trials, prototypes, pre-series and startups, in close collaboration with technical teams. - Contribution to the continuous improvement of processes, tools and methods. - Evolving scope: the company is open to integrating your ideas, new methods or specific expertise to enrich its organization, whether in new methods, business development or other, your spirit of initiative is welcome. jpid9a3c64fjm jpit1044jm jpiy26jm
