Mobile Technician 100% Permanent (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Intervene both in branches and directly at customers'
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer satisfaction
• Intervene autonomously using a service vehicle
• Perform calibration of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS)
• Ensure the follow-up of mandates and maintain a professional relationship with customers
• Perform technical interventions on vehicles: repairs, replacements, and adjustments of components

Profile

• CFC in panel beater, automotive mechanic, automotive mechatronics, or automotive maintenance assistant
• Solid technical skills and real interest in the automotive field
• Ability to evolve in a bilingual French / German environment
• Sense of service, interpersonal ease, and customer orientation
• Category B driving license indispensable
