Your responsibilities

• Drive and develop the branch: you assume overall responsibility for its management and strategic development, taking into account the economic objectives of the company.
• Achieve commercial and financial objectives: you are responsible for turnover, profitability, costs and EBITDA. You monitor and analyze key performance indicators and implement the necessary measures to achieve the set objectives.
• Manage and grow your team: you lead, motivate and accompany a team of approximately 10 employees and promote their professional development.
• Conduct employee interviews: you carry out individual and quarterly interviews, ensure regular feedback, evaluate performance and agree on objectives with your employees.
• Manage by objectives: you define clear objectives and ensure regular monitoring of their realization according to the MbO (Management by Objectives) approach.
• Guarantee operational efficiency: you organize, coordinate and actively participate in daily activities in the sales and workshop areas, in compliance with quality, safety and deadline requirements.
• Ensure compliance with rules: you guarantee the application of internal directives as well as the legal and regulatory provisions in force.
• Optimize processes: you plan, drive and continuously improve processes and working methods in order to ensure an efficient organization.
• Put the customer at the center: you ensure the provision of quality service, an irreproachable customer experience and a high level of satisfaction.
• Manage stocks: in close collaboration with headquarters, you ensure the maintenance of an optimal stock level.
• Collaborate within the company: you work in close collaboration with other branches and the various departments of headquarters.

Your profile

• You hold a CFC as a motorcycle mechanic, retail manager or an equivalent training.
• You have several years of experience in a similar function and proven experience in leading a team.
• You are highly proficient in German and French.
• You have an excellent team spirit and know how to mobilize your employees around common objectives.
• You are a strong personality, who knows how to assert themselves and make decisions, results-oriented, with a structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to work.
• You work autonomously, reliably and efficiently, and demonstrate a high sense of responsibility.
• You hold a valid driver's license for categories A and B.
