In a context of growth and transformation, it is strengthening its Finance team to support its long-term ambitions and is recruiting a Senior Real Estate Accountant m.f.d at 100% in Lausanne, Vaud.

Job Description ##

• Manage the accounting of a portfolio of buildings ;
• Perform periodic closings ;
• Prepare service charge statements and participate in budgets ;
• Prepare financial statements and reporting ;
• Collaborate with management teams and external partners ;
• Participate in the improvement of financial processes and tools.

The Successful Applicant ##

• Training in accounting or finance ;
• Proven experience in real estate accounting in Switzerland ;
• Autonomy up to the closings ;
• Mastery of Excel and IT tools ;
• Knowledge of Quorum, an asset ;
• Reliable, rigorous and proactive personality ;
• Desire to evolve and take on more responsibility.
