Fed Finance - Accounting and HR Manager

On behalf of one of our clients, an SME active in the finishing trades sector and based in Nord vaudois, we are looking for an Accounting & HR Manager at 80-100% for a permanent position.

Your main missions will be as follows:

-Manage general accounting up to the closing;
-Ensure the follow-up of debtors and creditors;
-Manage treasury;
-Ensure the follow-up of tax and social obligations;
-Prepare elements intended for external partners;
-Take charge of personnel administration;
-Manage salaries and social insurances;
-Ensure the follow-up of absences, holidays and employee files;
-Participate in the administrative and financial follow-up of the activity;
-Collaborate directly with management on financial and HR subjects.

Profile sought:

-Confirmed experience in a similar function
-Excellent mastery of Swiss accounting up to the closing
-Experience in human resources and payroll management
-Experience in the construction or finishing trades sector indispensable
-Knowledge of A3, Baubit or similar tools, an asset
-Autonomous, organized and rigorous personality
-Good interpersonal skills and taste for SME environments
