Job Description ##

• Administer VMware vSphere environments.
• Manage ESXi and vCenter infrastructures.
• Ensure the operation of Dell VxRail and vSAN platforms.
• Supervise computing, storage, and network resources.
• Optimize the performance and capacity of virtualized environments.
• Perform updates, patches, and maintenance operations.
• Participate in evolution, migration, and infrastructure modernization projects.
• Analyze and resolve complex level 3 incidents.
• Provide technical support to production teams and projects.
• Contribute to the management of major incidents and critical situations.
• Produce and maintain technical and operational documentation.
• Ensure compliance with security and operational standards.

The Successful Applicant ##

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the administration and operation of VMware infrastructures.
• Excellent mastery of VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and vSAN.
• Proven experience on Dell VxRail platforms.
• Solid experience in critical production environments.
• Recognized expertise in the diagnosis and resolution of complex incidents.
• Good understanding of performance, capacity, and availability issues.
• Knowledge of Linux environments (Red Hat, Debian).
• Experience with Dell PPDM and Dell Data Domain backup solutions is appreciated.
• Knowledge of SAN, NAS, or Object Storage architectures.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Centreon or Grafana.
• Analytical mind, autonomy, and ability to manage priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of service.
