Main tasks:

• Define, manage, steer the quality system
• Implement all quality documentation
• Plan and conduct internal audits and audits at subcontractors
• Ensure the implementation of preventive and corrective quality actions
• Implement quality and performance indicators (KPI)

Profile:

• TQ3 quality diploma (non-negotiable)
• Engineering training or watchmaking finisher in finishing
• Experience in a similar position of at least 5 years
• Mastery of the watchmaking sector
• Stable professional career path

Additional information:

• Contract type: Permanent full-time
• Start date: As soon as possible
• Activity rate: 100%
• Location: La Chaux de Fonds, canton de Neuchâtel
• Language: French - Excellent level
