Introduction
You are passionate about working with elderly people and wish to contribute to their support in a warm environment, the Foyer de la Côte, located in a magnificent setting in the upper part of Corcelles, is looking for an Assistant Socio-Éducatif (ASE) to join our dynamic and committed team.
Responsibilities
As an ASE, your main missions will include:
Accompanying and supervising elderly people in their daily activities.
Participating in the development and implementation of educational projects.
Ensuring a safe and caring environment for the beneficiaries.
Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to meet the individual needs of the residents.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who possesses:
A recognized diploma as an Assistant Socio-Éducatif (CFC ASE).
Previous experience in a similar position.
Experience in managing small and large groups.
A great capacity for listening, empathy, and communication.
A team spirit and a proactive attitude.
A good command of French (oral and written).
A driver's license.
Practicing a musical instrument would be a plus.
