On behalf of our client, active in the Facility Management and professional cleaning sector, we are looking for a:

Special Works Manager (m/f)

A true operational reference, you will ensure the planning, coordination, and monitoring of services and construction sites, while ensuring the quality of interventions and customer satisfaction.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES ###

• Plan, organize, and supervise the interventions of the team dedicated to specific works and occasional services
• Coordinate the various construction sites and ensure their smooth running, from preparation to completion
• Be the primary contact for clients for services related to special works
• Organize teams, distribute tasks, and adapt resources according to the needs of the construction sites
• Supervise and control the quality of services performed: specific cleanings, construction sites, services for private individuals, periodic maintenance, concierge services, etc.
• Ensure the operational monitoring of interventions and intervene quickly in case of unforeseen events or difficulties
• Control compliance with procedures, deadlines, and the company's quality standards
• Participate in determining the needs for material, products, and equipment necessary for interventions
• Ensure regular communication with clients and provide adapted solutions to their requests
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality rules on the various sites
• Participate in the continuous improvement of working methods and the services offered

PROFILE SOUGHT ###

• Proven experience in professional cleaning, special works, concierge services, or Facility Management
• First successful experience in team management and/or construction site coordination
• Sense of organization, autonomy, and ability to manage several interventions simultaneously
• Good interpersonal skills and ease in contact with clients
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and support teams in the field
• Reactivity, pragmatism, and ability to find solutions quickly
• Good command of French, both spoken and written
• Driver's license indispensable
