What you accomplish ###

• You manage the daily management of buildings. You coordinate maintenance, security, and cleanliness with support teams. You keep the sites reliable, safe, and well-maintained day after day.
• You define the real estate asset strategy. You set concrete action plans. You monitor priorities, deadlines, and investments to strengthen the value of the portfolio.
• You manage budgets, costs, and rents. You monitor expenses, indexations, and lease deadlines. You look for the right levers to improve profitability with accuracy.
• You negotiate leases, amendments, and contract-related exchanges. You speak with landlords, tenants, and sub-tenants. You defend the interests of Migros Genève with confidence and composure.
• You prepare and monitor renovation projects. You work with internal teams and external partners. You advance the work with method, energy, and a sense of priorities.
• You represent Migros Genève to property management companies, traders, authorities, and co-ownerships. You create strong links. You circulate information and move files forward in the right direction.

What you bring ###

• Bildung: Completed vocational apprenticeship (CFC)
• Specialization: or equivalent diploma in the real estate field.
• Professional experience: 5 years of experience in the field of real estate management
• You master real estate management in all its breadth. You understand leases, budgets, technical issues, and partner relations. You move forward with method, perspective, and vision.
• You negotiate with clarity and impact. You listen, you analyze, and you find useful agreements. You know how to defend a position, ease tensions, and advance a file with tact.
• You move from the field to strategy without losing the thread. You organize, prioritize, and coordinate several subjects at once. Even when pressure rises, you keep a clear course.
• French (B2)
