La Pharmacie des Hôpitaux de l-Est Lémanique (PHEL), spread across several sites, is responsible for the supply of medicines and pharmaceutical assistance for hospitals, as well as various healthcare establishments in l-Est lémanique (including l-Hôpital Riviera-Chablais, Vaud-Valais).

The EMS sector of PHEL is responsible for the supply of medicines and pharmaceutical services to its partner médico-social establishments (EMS).

In order to strengthen our EMS Manufacturing pole team, we are looking for a:

Pharmacy Assistant or Production Operator M/F 60%-100% CDI

The main missions of this position are ###

• Participate in the automated preparation of weekly pill organizers intended for the residents of our partner EMS.
• Ensure various activities related to manufacturing and production monitoring: management of medicine stocks, replenishment of automated machines, and monitoring of flows.
• Participate in quality controls and continuous improvement of processes.
• Contribute to the writing and updating of quality documentation.
• Perform administrative and office tasks related to the sector's activity.
• Participate in maintaining a clean, organized, and secure working environment.

We require ###

• Holder of a CFC as a pharmacy assistant or a title deemed equivalent.
• Conscientious, rigorous, and organized person, who enjoys teamwork.
• Ability to work in a structured production environment and to perform tasks requiring precision and concentration.
• Comfortable with standard IT tools, particularly the Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience in the supply of medicines in EMS, hospital pharmacy, or in a production environment is an asset.
• Knowledge of Tactil®, Opale® or Carefolio®/DIR® software would be appreciated.
