Whether you currently hold a position as a workshop manager, production manager, technical project manager, business manager, or manager of a machining department, your application will be studied with attention if you demonstrate the will and potential to progressively take the reins of an industrial SME.

Your mission

Alongside the current management, you will progressively take responsibility for the operational and commercial management of the company.

Your role consists of structuring the organization, strengthening processes, and ensuring the link between production teams, clients, and partners.

You will intervene in both commercial development challenges, business management, production organization, and improvement of profitability.

A true conductor, you will ensure the maintenance of a high level of service while accompanying the company in its professionalization and development.

The company plans to support its future recruit regarding its tools, its management methods, as well as dimensions related to managing a profit and loss account, project profitability, and global activity management.

Your responsibilities

At the head of a structure of about twenty employees, you will ensure the coordination of activities and provide the necessary vision to sustainably structure the organization.

You will implement the processes, tools, and indicators allowing to improve business management and the overall performance of the company.

As the primary interlocutor for clients, you will maintain existing relationships while actively participating in commercial development.

You will identify new opportunities, carry out the necessary commercial steps, and accompany clients in the definition of their technical needs.

Your expertise also allows you to intervene in the phases of quoting, feasibility analysis, and project monitoring.

In an environment characterized by single parts and often urgent requests, you know how to demonstrate reactivity and pragmatism in order to quickly find suitable solutions.

In close link with the workshop, you will ensure the coordination of projects from the client request to final delivery.
You contribute to maintaining the quality of services while ensuring the control of costs, deadlines, and business profitability.

Your profile

You benefit from technical training in the fields of mechanics, manufacturing, machining, or industrial engineering.

An engineering degree constitutes an asset, without being indispensable.

Beyond the diploma, we are looking above all for a personality capable of bringing structure, method, and a true business vision.

You understand the realities of a workshop and know how to dialogue as well with operators as with clients or decision-makers.

You possess experience in technical project management, industrial activity management, or business development.

You are comfortable in environments where versatility is essential and where decisions must be made quickly.

Your leadership allows you to unite teams around common objectives. Organized, results-oriented, and endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you appreciate functions that combine operational responsibilities, commercial development, and business management.
