Your mission
Your role consists of taking charge of young beneficiaries up to 25 years old affected in their health, with the aim of promoting their professional autonomy by defining rehabilitation strategies and ensuring their implementation.
In this context, you are responsible for identifying and developing an adapted vocational training project taking into account the applicable legal framework and the health status of our beneficiaries; collaborating with all providers active in integration as well as with employers within the Romand economic fabric; managing the administration related to the activity and writing complex reports and interview notes; participating in networks related to the care of a young population (schools, providers, DGEJ, DGEO, DGEP, doctors, etc.).
Your profile
You benefit from proven experience in the field of professional reintegration and a higher or university education (e.g.: psychology, neuropsychology). You possess good knowledge of the job market and vocational training sectors.
Equipped with excellent interpersonal skills and an analytical mind, you are creatively and pragmatically solution-oriented. You stand out through your ability to build trust, through your active listening and through your sense of organization. A driver's license is required.
Priority will be given to persons in possession of a CAS Autism or German-French bilinguals.
