To complete our Dispatch department, we are recruiting a Dispatcher 100 % -- Morges --------------------------------------- From 1 January 2027 ------------------------ Planning for you is the art of anticipating, coordinating, and finding solutions adapted to the field. Within the Dispatch department, you ensure that the right people are in the right place at the right time to ensure the operation of our network, particularly rail. Your missions * You establish and manage annual, monthly, and daily duty rosters as well as vacation planning, according to established rules; * You daily assign personnel according to the required skills, absences, and operational contingencies, in order to guarantee the coverage of the offer; * With rigor and precision, you ensure monthly and annual closings and transmit the variable data necessary for salary payments within the deadlines; * You ensure compliance with legal and conventional provisions (LDT, OLDT, CCT, LTr, OTR 2) and report any anomaly; Your profile Organized and rigorous, you know how to anticipate and keep your calm in the face of the unexpected.
