In order to complete our team, we are looking for a

Personnel Consultant

Your mission:

• Research and acquisition of new clients through active commercial prospecting (phoning, mailing, appointments...)
• Maintenance and development of the existing client portfolio in order to cultivate a lasting collaboration
• On-site visits to clients
• Recruitment of candidates (writing advertisements, selection, interviews, ...)
• Retention of temporary employees
• Monitoring of assignments and schedule management

Your profile:

• Strong experience in the commercial sector
• Very good knowledge of the Genevan and Romand economic fabric
• Excellent interpersonal skills and commercial sense
• Enterprising person, flexible with a great capacity for adaptation
• Stress resistance
• Team spirit
• Knowledge of building/construction, an asset
