Project Manager in joinery / Fit-out

MAIN MISSIONS

The project manager in joinery/fit-out is responsible for the complete coordination of interior joinery and fit-out projects, from the design phase to the final delivery. Their missions include:

• Site surveys, taking measurements and preparation of manufacturing plans (fit-outs, interior joinery, standard and EI30 doors, woodwork, etc.)
• Realization of cutting lists and manufacturing files
• Establishment of quotes, measurements and costings
• Planning, monitoring and coordination of construction sites
• Cost monitoring, budgetary management and respect of deadlines
• Ordering and management of materials, in connection with suppliers
• Coordination of internal teams and subcontractors assigned to the project
• Quality monitoring and management of non-conformities
• Participation in site meetings with the different stakeholders
• Writing of monitoring reports and updating of schedules
• Use of CAD software (Autocad 2D), office software and internal ERP

PROFILE SOUGHT

• Higher technical training (CFC, ES Technician or equivalent) in joinery, fit-out or wood construction
• Confirmed experience in a similar position, ideally in Suisse romande
• Excellent organizational skills, sense of priorities and anticipation
• Interpersonal ease, diplomacy and ability to dialogue with architects, clients and internal teams
• Strong sense of customer service, autonomy and reactivity
• Good stress management and ability to manage several projects in parallel
• Mastery of software: Autocad 2D, MS Office (Word, Excel), knowledge of an ERP (asset)
• In-depth knowledge of materials, installation techniques, Swiss standards (SIA, fire protection, acoustics, etc.)
