Textile Workshop Manager

The Fondation Aigues-Vertes has been committed for many years to the inclusion and social participation of people living with an intellectual disability. It offers a living and working environment conducive to the development of personal, social, and professional skills, while respecting the autonomy and dignity of each individual.

In this context, the Fondation manages a living and working site, in the form of a village, located in the commune of Bernex, welcoming residents and external beneficiaries and promoting an inclusive, human, and professional approach to support.

In order to strengthen its Textile Workshop, the Fondation Aigues-Vertes is looking for a:

Workshop Manager at 80-100%

Your missions

• You support beneficiaries in adapted employment and manage about ten professional references.
• As part of a team, you support pedagogical follow-up and adapt workstations.
• You participate in all the activities necessary for the manufacture, marketing, and promotion of the workshop's products.

Your profile

• Training as a Socio-professional Master ES or specialized Educator;
• Proven experience in the same type of position and with a population living with an intellectual disability;
• Strong interest in the world of creative textile activities;
• Dynamic and versatile;
• Proactive;
• Ability to work autonomously, while integrating into a multidisciplinary team;
• Very good writing skills and sense of organization;
• Rigor, commitment, sense of responsibility, and recognized interpersonal skills.
