Within our deli/poultry team, you will play a key role in stock management and the operational monitoring of our activities ### What you accomplish * Ensure responsibility for weighings, inventories, production orders, recipes and SAP best practices * Control the quality and consistency of data as well as entries in SAP * Guarantee the monitoring and traceability of stock movements * Control orders and ensure the smooth running of deliveries * Manage complaints, analyze anomalies and propose suitable solutions * Establish regular reporting and ensure the monitoring of performance indicators * Coordinate activities with the various internal teams in order to ensure optimal operation * Ensure compliance with current procedures and actively participate in continuous improvement processes * Occasionally provide replacement for the team leader in their absence. ### What you bring * Education: Completed vocational training (CFC) * Specialization: CFC (butcher-charcutier, baker-confectioner, food technologist, logistician) or training deemed equivalent * Professional experience: 3-5 years Experience in logistics, processes and/or inventory control in the agri-food sector * You demonstrate a strong openness to change and enjoy contributing to the continuous improvement of processes * You work autonomously, while being comfortable in exchanges with different interlocutors * You master common IT tools and are comfortable with ERP systems, ideally SAP * You possess a good knowledge of production processes and understand the challenges related to goods flows and stock management * You are recognized for your reliability, your sense of responsibility and your results orientation * French (B1) * German (ADVANTAGEOUS) ### What we offer you * Maternity/paternity leave: Maternity leave 18 weeks / Paternity leave 3 weeks * Occupational pension: 730-day sickness loss of earnings insurance * Social benefits: National Collective Labor Agreement * Catering: Menus for Micarna employees cost from CHF 5.- to CHF 7.-.
