Bilingual French-German HR Manager (f/m/d) at 60% =========================================================== Your activities * You ensure the administrative follow-up of the main HR processes, in particular arrivals, departures, transfers, absences, applications and the follow-up of apprentices * You provide organizational support for recruitment interviews and HR events, such as student forums and the welcome day * You participate in the documentation and continuous improvement of HR processes, in coordination with the Swiss HR team * You inform employees with professionalism and ensure reliable handling of their requests * You collaborate with different internal and external interlocutors and contribute to the quality of the HR service Your profile * You perfectly master French and German, both orally and in writing (minimum C1 level in both languages), and communicate with ease with our teams in French-speaking Switzerland and German-speaking Switzerland * You have a first successful professional experience in human resources and wish to develop your skills in this field.
