To complete our management team, we are looking for a Technical Management Assistant at 100% ====================================================== Your mission and responsibilities - Participate in the management of the service and in the definition of the orientations, priorities, and objectives of the Direction du patrimoine bâti. - Ensure the technical, administrative, and financial follow-up of a portfolio of projects managed by the employees in charge of realization, maintenance, and renovation works of the Ville de Genève built heritage. - Contribute to the implementation of the general maintenance strategy for a real estate portfolio of great diversity and high heritage value, taking into account technical, financial, energetic, and environmental issues. - Lead, support, and coordinate a dynamic team, ensuring the coherence of priorities, methods, tools, and work processes. - Contribute to risk management and to the preparation of the elements necessary for management decision-making. - Lead cross-functional missions and projects and represent the Direction du patrimoine bâti to the Ville services, cantonal authorities, and institutional partners. Your profile - Hold a university degree in architecture. - Demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in leading a team of architects and in managing complex projects, from design to realization. - Be recognized for your capacity for analysis and synthesis, your rigor, your sense of negotiation, and your solution orientation. - Demonstrate an excellent capacity for analysis and synthesis, rigor, a good sense of negotiation, and a strong solution orientation. - Master the issues related to the construction, renovation, and maintenance of a real estate portfolio and understand their technical, administrative, and financial dimensions. - Plan, coordinate, and arbitrate priorities taking into account resources, deadlines, risks, and commitments. - Possess strong managerial and interpersonal skills and mobilize teams around clear objectives. - Perfectly master French, both orally and in writing, and be comfortable in relations with varied interlocutors. - Demonstrate a marked interest in the issues of public service and contribute to the evolution of a management facing important issues in terms of heritage, investment, maintenance, energy, and sustainable development.
