Senior DevOps / DevSecOps Engineer Your role As a Senior DevOps / DevSecOps Engineer, you join a DevOps team with the objective of strengthening the reliability, automation, and security of the software delivery chain. At the interface of the Systems, Infrastructure, Development, Operations, and Security teams, you play a key role in the evolution of the DevOps platform and in the adoption of DevSecOps practices. You intervene on both CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, containerization, and security. Your mission * You are responsible for the operation, securing, and evolution of the DevOps platform and its ecosystem, including build and deployment agents, container registries, and artifact management. * You design, maintain, and evolve CI/CD pipeline templates as well as the shared tools used by development teams. * You integrate automated security controls into the pipelines: SAST, DAST, SCA, container image analysis, Infrastructure as Code, and secret detection, following a Security by Design and Shift Left approach. * You participate in the identification, analysis, and prioritization of software delivery chain vulnerabilities and support teams in their remediation. * You contribute to the containerization of applications and their deployment on Kubernetes, notably following a GitOps approach with Argo CD. * You participate in the secure management of secrets, certificates, and technical identities necessary for pipelines and deployments. * You contribute to the analysis and resolution of security incidents that may affect the DevOps platform or CI/CD chains. * You support development teams in the adoption of best practices regarding Git, Pull Requests, code reviews, versioning, and CI/CD pipelines. * Finally, you actively participate in the definition of DevSecOps standards and ensure the documentation of the platform and associated procedures. Your profile * Graduate in computer science, Bachelor, Master, HES, EPF, ES or training deemed equivalent. * You have at least 5 years of experience in a DevOps, DevSecOps or platform engineering environment. * You possess excellent mastery of Azure DevOps Server and solid experience in the design, securing, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines. * You perfectly master Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Git and GitOps practices, notably with Argo CD. * You possess advanced skills in Terraform / OpenTofu and Ansible, as well as scripting and automation with PowerShell, Bash and Python. * You understand the security challenges specific to CI/CD chains: access management, branch protection, secrets, traceability, vulnerabilities and artifact control. * You know SAST, DAST and SCA automated analysis solutions, secret detection tools as well as vulnerability management principles. * You also have good knowledge of Windows environments, Cloud Native components, network and storage infrastructures, observability and code quality solutions such as Sonar. * Experience in the design of Kubernetes operators is also an asset. * You are comfortable with Jira and Confluence and master agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. * Azure DevOps, Kubernetes and/or HERMES certifications represent a plus. * You master French and English. Knowledge of German is an additional asset.
