Within the Aesthetic Medical Center of Clinique La Prairie, you will ensure personalized and high-end care for our patients, while contributing to the smooth administrative and operational functioning of the center.

At the interface between patients, doctors, and internal teams, you will perform a versatile role that combines nursing care, medical coordination, administrative follow-up, and quality of service.

Your responsibilities

• Welcome and accompany patients throughout their journey;
• Manage appointments and optimize doctors' schedules;
• Prepare and ensure the follow-up of patient files, consents, and medical documents;
• Guarantee the traceability and archiving of information in accordance with internal procedures;
• Coordinate exchanges between patients, doctors, and various services;
• Perform blood draws, from patient and material preparation to the labeling and routing of samples;
• Perform nursing acts and medico-aesthetic care within your scope of competence, upon prescription or medical delegation when necessary;
• Assist doctors during consultations, acts, and treatments;
• Prepare rooms and cabins and ensure compliance with hygiene, asepsis, and safety protocols;
• Ensure patient follow-up after their consultations or treatments, according to medical recommendations;
• Manage billing, collections, and the administrative follow-up of services and products;
• Participate in stock management, inventories, orders, and the monitoring of expiration dates;
• Report incidents or malfunctions and contribute to the continuous improvement of the service.

Your profile

• Recognized nursing diploma in Switzerland;
• Authorization to practice when required;
• Excellent mastery of blood sampling;
• Experience in a medical or medico-aesthetic environment desired;
• Very good command of French and good level of English;
• Ease with administrative tasks and common IT tools;
• Strict respect for professional secrecy, internal protocols, and your scope of competence.
