In order to strengthen our Lausanne team, we are looking for a Recruitment and Planning Consultant specialized in the medical sector.

Your responsibilities ###

• Recruit and support healthcare professionals throughout their journey
• Identify, select and retain a pool of qualified candidates
• Understand the needs of healthcare establishments and propose the most suitable profiles to them
• Conduct interviews and ensure the follow-up of applications
• Write and distribute attractive advertisements
• Ensure the planning of missions and organize replacements according to client needs
• Coordinate employee schedules and guarantee the continuity of services
• Anticipate personnel needs in order to provide rapid and effective solutions
• Ensure the administrative follow-up of candidate files and missions
• Develop lasting relationships of trust with partner establishments and healthcare professionals

Your profile ###

• Experience in recruitment, planning or the medical sector
• Good knowledge of the job market and the health network of French-speaking Switzerland
• Excellent sense of organization and priority management
• Reactivity and ability to manage emergencies
• Very good interpersonal and commercial skills
• Mastery of IT tools and recruitment platforms
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
