On behalf of our client based in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a Microsoft Systems Administrator - MECM / SCCM (f/m/d) responsible for ensuring the administration, operation, and support of Microsoft environments, as well as the management and deployment of applications on workstations.

Your mission

• Administer and operate the Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) platform, particularly for the addition, modification, and deletion of application packages.
• Ensure the packaging, testing, and deployment of applications in MSI/MSP formats, notably using PowerShell scripts.
• Administer and modify group policies (GPO) and ensure the management of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP components.
• Take charge of level 2 and 3 technical support, analyze complex incidents, and ensure their resolution in compliance with ITIL processes.
• Participate in maintaining the operational conditions of Windows environments, their supervision, and the continuous improvement of operational and deployment processes.

Your profile

• Higher education in computer science (HES, ES, CFC or equivalent title), completed by a confirmed experience of at least 5 years in the administration of Microsoft environments.
• Excellent mastery of MECM/SCCM, notably for application management, packaging, and deployments on workstations.
• Solid skills in PowerShell scripting, MSI/MSP application packaging, and administration of GPO, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience in level 2 and 3 technical support, good knowledge of ITIL processes, and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex incidents.
• Residence in Switzerland.
