Purpose of the position Your main mission consists of preventing accidents and health impairments related to the work. You ensure the identification of hazards, the assessment of risks as well as the definition, coordination and monitoring of the necessary prevention measures. These are implemented according to the STOP principle: substitution, technical, organizational and individual measures. Through your daily presence on the field, you actively contribute to establishing a demanding, pragmatic and collaborative safety culture among all stakeholders. Your main responsibilities * Ensure a regular presence on the field and act as a reference person for occupational safety questions. * Identify hazards related to the different phases of work and co-activity situations. * Perform and update risk analyses before and during the execution of the work. * Define preventive, technical, organizational and individual measures allowing for the elimination or reduction of risks. * Verify the effective implementation of safety measures by companies and stakeholders. * Carry out site visits, inspections and compliance checks. * Identify deviations, document observations and ensure the follow-up of corrective actions until their closure. * Immediately report any situation presenting a significant risk and ensure the application of safety measures. * Participate in the preparation of prevention plans, procedures, authorizations and instructions applicable to the work. * Organize or lead safety inductions, briefings, awareness sessions and << toolbox meetings >>. * Analyze accidents, incidents, near-misses and dangerous situations in order to identify their causes and prevent their repetition. * Collaborate closely with project management, technical managers, external companies and operational teams. * Produce the reports, dashboards and indicators necessary for safety management. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of the prevention system. Your positioning You are employed by Securitas SA and intervene as part of a specialized Securi360 service dedicated to the project. You work in close collaboration with the client, the project governance and the various partners. You must be able to enforce safety requirements with firmness, discernment and in a constructive approach. Your profile * Federal certificate of occupational safety and health specialist (STPS), recognized MSST specialist qualification or a title deemed equivalent. * At least two years of professional experience in a comparable function. * Experience in work monitoring, construction, industry or complex technical environments strongly desired. * Very good knowledge in hazard identification, risk analysis and accident prevention. * Good understanding of Swiss legal and regulatory requirements regarding safety and health protection at work. * Excellent observation skills and real ease on the field. * Autonomous, rigorous, organized and solution-oriented personality. * Ability to communicate with technical, operational and managerial interlocutors. * Excellent command of French, both spoken and written. * Proficiency in English is an asset. * Ease in writing reports and using common IT tools.
