YOUR MISSION

As a BYD Car Explainer, you accompany customers in the purchase of their vehicle, you plan and carry out the handover of their vehicle.

Thanks to your continuous internal training, you will progressively develop your sales skills in order to contribute actively to the company's objectives.

YOUR OBJECTIVE: to offer a premium customer experience

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome, advise and inform customers about vehicles, options and services
• Organize and carry out vehicle test drives
• Deliver vehicles on-site or externally, explaining their operation clearly
• Participate in the arrangement of the showroom (setup, reorganization of vehicles)
• Enhance the company image and promote the brand to our customers

YOUR PROFILE

Training & experience

• Commercial training (CFC or equivalent), ideally in the automotive sector
• First successful experience in sales or customer relations, ideally in a garage

Technical skills

• Passion for automobiles and a strong interest in new technologies
• Ease in explaining, promoting and selling a product
• Good mastery of common IT tools
• Valid driver's license
• Clean criminal record

Languages

• Mastery of French (oral and written)
• A second language is an asset

Personal qualities

• Neat presentation, smiling, dynamic and empathetic attitude
• Enjoyment of customer contact and interpersonal ease
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility and results orientation
• Residence in the Romanel-sur-Lausanne region or nearby
