Main mission(s) ###

Manage the human resources of their section (4 people)

Operate the thermal production plants for district heating

Develop internal maintenance directives

Ensure the budgetary and financial monitoring of the section

Ensure the maintenance and operation of all thermal installations

Operate and monitor the behavior of the installations

Establish work planning, supervise their execution and prepare the installations for the various official mandatory inspections

Ensure that the mechanical documentation of the installations is up to date

Participate in the study of new projects and ensure the technological monitoring of production in their field

Contribute to the application of the service strategy and provide support for operational aspects

Profile ###

CFC polymécanicien, constructeur métallique or other title deemed equivalent

Training for boiler room personnel (LP-Therm, HEIG-VD) with attainment of the federal patent, or willing to do so

Minimum 5 years of experience in a thermal or electrical production installation

Proven professional experience in team management

Recognized leadership, with an excellent capacity for analysis and results-oriented

Team spirit, interpersonal skills and decision-making capacity

Mastery of MS Office and GMAO tools

Driving license (cat. B)

On-call service (approximately 6 weeks per year)

Reside less than 30 minutes from the workplace
