What awaits you ##

In the claims department of the Broker Business Directorate, you are responsible for the claims of institutional clients of insurance brokers.

What you will achieve with us ##

In this role, you assess coverage and liability issues in the property and liability insurance sectors and independently settle incoming claims. You also conduct interesting negotiations with policyholders, brokers, injured parties, experts, as well as other insurers. If necessary, inspections and clarifications also take place on-site.

You maintain personal relationships with your assigned insurance brokers, are in close contact with our institutional clients, and assume an important, representative role in doing so.

With modern IT infrastructure and in a pleasant working environment, you contribute your ideas, continuously develop yourself and your claims team, and engage in friendly exchange with other teams and departments.

What you bring with you ##

• Basic training in the insurance industry, Federal Insurance Specialist Certificate an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in processing property and liability cases
• Responsible, empathetic, and upbeat personality
• High degree of independence and personal responsibility
• Fluent German skills, any additional language is a plus
