Sy&Se SA is a young company based in Saint-Blaise (NE) specializing in the development of advanced glass-metal and glass-ceramic assembly processes for microtechnical applications and manufactures suitable machines with a partner. Thanks to its patented technologies, which have been awarded for their innovation, its clients are leading groups in the microtechnics, semiconductors, watchmaking, and aerospace sectors. Physicist Engineer (80-100%)

Your missions

• Manage development projects for Sy&Se technologies: Interact with clients and suppliers, plan, lead, develop experimental plans and carry them out in the laboratory in collaboration with internal teams
• Write internal and client technical reports; participate in scientific publications and product documentation
• Transfer technological advances and processes to industrial applications
• Contribute to the development of Sy&Se equipment, as well as the testing of such equipment
• Occasionally organize technical training.

Your profile

• EPF Physicist Engineer or equivalent training
• Proven experience in a research laboratory, with very good practical sense
• Autonomous, flexible, efficient and proactive in searching for solutions
• Good analytical skills, structured, very reliable and rigorous
• High sense of responsibility and active involvement in achieving company objectives
• Good interpersonal skills and taste for teamwork
• Mastery of French and good knowledge of English
• Good knowledge of semiconductor, vacuum and plasma techniques would be a plus.
