• Leading the sales outlet according to target specifications, instructions and guidelines
• Ensuring the implementation and compliance of quality standards
• Ensuring the process organization and sales readiness
• Planning and implementation of sales promotion measures
• Personnel recruitment and deployment planning
• Leadership and promotion of subordinate employees
• Key figure analysis

Requirements

• Completed basic training in retail, initial experience in a similar function an advantage
• Leadership experience
• Customer-oriented thinking and action
• Very good German skills
• High commitment and performance readiness
• Motivation/willingness for training and further education
• Flexibility regarding work assignments

Training takes place in several sales outlets within the following area: Region Oberwallis, Visp, Brig, Zermatt and Goms
