What you can achieve

• As a Product Owner, you actively help shape the work in an agile Scrum team within the SAFe framework.
• Responsibility includes the product roadmaps, the budgets and the future direction of the Backup and Storage product portfolio.
• You will independently drive strategic transformation initiatives and the further development of the Backup, Recovery, Archiving and Storage services.
• You will further develop the Data Protection and Storage platforms into automated, self-service capable service offerings, coordinating product strategy, engineering capabilities and customer requirements.
• For the implementation of the prioritized topics along the roadmap, you provide the teams with the necessary Epics and the strategic direction and ensure the sustainable further development of the solutions.
• You manage relationships with suppliers and product clusters proactively, represent the product view beyond your own team and coordinate dependencies with customers and stakeholders in the ART PI Planning.
• As a functional leader, you work closely with the Scrum Master, strengthen cooperation in the hybrid team and promote the professional development of team members along the transformation roadmap.

What you bring with you

• You have several years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or functional leader in a demanding technology or infrastructure environment and bring a corresponding qualification.
• You actively shape changes and successfully accompany organizations, hybrid teams and customers through transformation, migration and modernization projects.
• You succeed in translating strategic target images into clear product strategies, roadmaps and concrete added value for customers and the company.
• You bring together complex interests of stakeholders, specialist departments, suppliers and delivery teams and create sustainable solutions even in demanding change situations.
• A strong understanding of business-critical platforms, services as well as security, compliance, resilience and data protection requirements enables you to make sustainable and future-oriented decisions.
• You are familiar with agile ways of working and cooperation in scaled organizations, and you know how to align teams to common goals, accompany them effectively and translate technological developments into clear business benefits.
• Personally, you convince through entrepreneurial thinking, high communication and social competence, analytical strength as well as the ability to win people over for changes.
• You have very good knowledge of a national language as well as very good English skills.
