You will join the Electrical Installations and Infrastructure department of cablex in Penthalaz (canton of Vaud). Within an experienced team, you will manage electrical installation and electric mobility projects, from preparation to handover. You will work autonomously and in a team, in a culture oriented towards quality, safety, and service. Your contribution concerns varied projects for our clientele and sustainable solutions.

• You manage projects from their preparation until their commissioning and final handover
• You establish offers, budgets, and measurements
• You plan teams, material, and supplies in coordination with your hierarchy
• You ensure financial monitoring, invoicing, and the profitability of projects
• You supervise and accompany employees on construction sites
• You participate in meetings with clients, architects, and engineers ;
• You guarantee quality, compliance with NIBT standards as well as safety rules, and you maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners

Your skills

• CFC electrical installer or title deemed equivalent
• Federal diploma of electrical installation and safety project manager, training in progress or equivalent title
• Proven experience in electrical project management in Switzerland, mastery of Swiss standards and regulations
• Mastery of planning, costing, and measurement tools
• Sense of responsibility, quality, and service
• Excellent organizational, anticipation, and decision-making skills
• Taste for on-site supervision, ability to motivate a team
• Very good French, other national languages an asset
• Valid driver's license
