Socio-professional instructor in landscaping 80%-100%

L’Orif is present in French-speaking Switzerland with 10 training sites and more than 560 employees. For our Vernier site, we are looking for:

Mission:
Supervise beneficiaries in a training section
Accompany beneficiaries in rehabilitation measures
Develop and implement individualized socio-professional projects
Search for internship positions or the takeover of apprenticeship contracts
Develop and maintain partnerships with Genevan companies and institutions
Manage and develop productive and training professional activities
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Profile and skills:
CFC as a landscaper or an equivalent title is indispensable
MSP training would be an asset
Proven experience in vocational training and apprenticeship in Geneva
Good knowledge of landscaping companies and the Genevan economic fabric
Strong interest in accompanying young people in professional rehabilitation
Dynamic personality, entrepreneurial spirit
Autonomy, stress resistance and flexibility
Adaptability and real ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
