In order to complete our team within a developing structure located in the canton of Vaud (Nyon region), we are actively looking for our

Maintenance Manager

Reporting to the technical department, you ensure the organization and monitoring of maintenance activities for several residences. You coordinate technical teams and external companies, monitor intervention requests, and ensure the proper functioning of the installations.

Present in the field, you are in regular contact with residence managers in order to ensure a quality service and efficient handling of technical needs.

Your missions

• Coordinate and support the Technical teams (technicians, maintenance, etc...) in their daily activities.
• Organize interventions and manage priorities according to the needs of the residences.
• Perform regular visits to the different sites.
• Identify technical needs and control the quality of the interventions carried out.
• Ensure the follow-up of technical requests until their resolution.
• Request and compare quotes, then ensure their follow-up.
• Coordinate the interventions of external companies.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety rules.
• Ensure the administrative follow-up of interventions and the updating of management tools.
• Be the preferred interlocutor for residence managers for technical subjects.
• Participate in the improvement of maintenance processes and the development of preventive maintenance.

Your profile

• Technical training in the field of maintenance, building, or training deemed equivalent.
• Confirmed experience in a similar function, ideally in a multi-site environment.
• Good command of IT tools; knowledge of a CMMS software is an asset.
• Sense of organization and ability to manage several priorities simultaneously.
• Practical spirit, autonomy, and reactivity.
• Interpersonal skills and taste for teamwork.
• Driver's license indispensable.
• Languages French and English
