For our Partenariats entreprises department, we are looking for a Head of Department ------------------------ Your mission_ You play a key role in the development and influence of the Ateliers sector by taking responsibility for the Partenariats entreprises department and its various locations. You unite the teams around a common ambition: to ensure quality socio-professional support, adapted to the needs of the CEA, while developing collaborations that meet the needs of partner companies. You ensure the consistency of support practices and promote the development of team skills. You actively develop new partnerships, analyze the needs of companies, and build solutions adapted to the sector's possibilities and the needs of the CEA. Thanks to your knowledge of the business world and the field of disability, you represent Sgipa to partners, negotiate collaboration terms, and contribute to promoting professional inclusion. As an actor in institutional development, you contribute to the strategic reflections of the sector and carry out cross-functional projects that support its evolution. Your profile_ You have higher education in the social field (ES or HES), supplemented by training in team management and project management such as a CAS; You have a good knowledge of the business world and experience in developing commercial or partnership relations, allowing you to analyze needs, negotiate, and represent the institution to various interlocutors; You have proven experience or skills in team management and project management, and are comfortable in a multi-site environment; You have a good knowledge of socio-professional support, the field of disability, and the issues related to professional inclusion; You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and know how to create and maintain relationships of trust with partners; You have good organizational and analytical skills, as well as ease in administrative and budgetary follow-up and resource management; You are proficient in standard IT tools and are comfortable with monitoring and management tools.
