For our two Ronald McDonald Maisons des Parents in Genève, we are looking for a committed personality, capable of combining operational management, family support, team leadership, and local fundraising.

Every day, children are born prematurely, are victims of an accident, or suddenly fall ill. So that families can remain by their child's side during these trying moments, the Fondation en faveur des enfants Ronald McDonald has offered them a "temporary home" in the immediate vicinity of hospitals since 1994. With seven Maisons des Parents in Bâle, Berne, Genève, Lucerne, Saint-Gall, and Zurich, we create a reassuring environment when family proximity is most precious.

In Genève, our two houses welcome up to nine families. Their operation is ensured by three staff members as well as volunteers.

Your area of responsibility

• Operational management of the two Maisons des Parents in Genève
• Support of families, from their arrival until their departure
• Leadership and development of the team as well as the volunteers
• Guarantee and continuous development of quality standards
• Budgetary responsibility and maintenance of operating accounts
• Active fundraising and development of sustainable partnerships
• Planning of communication, networking, and fundraising activities

Your profile

• Several years of professional and leadership experience in a service-oriented environment
• Empathy, organizational skills, and a strong solution orientation
• Practical spirit and interest in a varied professional daily life
• Availability for regular interventions on weekends
• Excellent command of French, good knowledge of German, English is a plus
• Residence in the Genève region
