Roller Adjuster (M/F) - 100% - PERMANENT POSITION

Your mission

We are looking for an experienced Roller Adjuster, capable of guaranteeing high-precision production in accordance with the most demanding watchmaking standards for a company recognized in its field. Your responsibilities:

• Perform the complete adjustment of rolling machines (traditional or CNC depending on the machine park).
• Prepare tooling, launch series, and ensure production monitoring.
• Optimize rolling parameters to guarantee quality, stability, and productivity.
• Perform self-checks using standard instruments (comparators, microscopes, loupes, rolling-specific measuring devices).
• Identify and correct production deviations.
• Ensure first-level maintenance and collaborate with the Methods and Quality teams.

Your profile

• CFC in micromécanique, polymécanique or precision mechanics
• Proven experience in watchmaking rolling: wheel teeth, pinions, axes, or similar microméchanical parts.
• Excellent mastery of adjustment, centering, and management of clearances and pressures.
• Acute sense of precision, quality, and meticulous work.
• Autonomy, rigor, and the ability to manage several series in parallel.
