Facility Manager (100%)

Make our buildings high-performing, sustainable, and pleasant places to live

At Viteos, we support the energy transition of the territory every day. This requirement also begins with us: in our own buildings.

To ensure integral and optimal management of our buildings, reconciling user comfort, legal compliance, sustainability, and control of operating costs, we are looking for a Facility Manager ready to take charge of our future main site located in La Chaux de Fonds as well as our secondary site in Neuchâtel.

Your mission

Responsible for Facility Management within the civil engineering coordination service, you are the reference person for everything touching the life of our buildings. Your role: to ensure that our installations function in a reliable, efficient, and sustainable manner, at the service of those who work there daily.

The site will open progressively starting from 2027. During its commissioning, you:

  • take charge of the building, its technical installations, its operating concepts, and maintenance contracts
  • participate in the final handovers and clearing of reservations, and ensure the follow-up of guarantees with companies and mandatories
  • implement the EAM/CAFM system (integration of plans, equipment, and contracts) and the maintenance plan as well as associated processes
  • coordinate operations with the companies still present on the site (adjustments, finishes, shared zones) in order to guarantee continuity of service for the occupants
  • support the installation of employees and the takeover of new workspaces

Once the site is in operation, you:

  • Implement all the operational management processes of our new activity site, pilot their implementation, guarantee their deployment, their follow-up, and their continuous improvement
  • establish and follow, with the technician, the preventive and corrective maintenance plan for technical installations (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, etc.)
  • plan, supervise, and control the interventions of external service providers (cleaning, technical maintenance, security, etc.) and supervise the internal team (technician, concierge)
  • manage maintenance and service contracts concluded with third parties
  • plan CAPEX/OPEX, pilot operating budgets, and propose cost optimization measures, particularly regarding energy
  • ensure the global follow-up of our EAM/CAFM system: updating of data (plans, equipment, contracts, intervention history), planning of preventive tasks, ticket management, and analysis of building performance
  • are the point of contact for occupants: you receive and process their requests and complaints via the ticketing system, and organize information sessions on the use of equipment
  • ensure compliance with Swiss standards (safety, accessibility, energy) and coordinate regulatory and certification audits (Minergie, etc.)
  • follow energy consumption and usage targets, establish reports on energy performance and maintenance costs, and carry out sustainable and innovative initiatives (water, energy, waste)
  • plan and supervise fit-out, renovation, or extension works
  • contribute to the security and safety of the site, in close collaboration with the security officer and the logistics service.
  • ensure the regulatory compliance of the site (safety, fire protection, accessibility, energy) and coordinate periodic controls and associated audits (electrical installations, fire protection, energy certifications)

A true conductor of the building, you create the link between users, internal teams, and service providers so that everything works, as well as behind the scenes as in daily life.

You are an experienced professional in technical building management, as comfortable in the field as in budgetary piloting.

You bring:

  • a degree in facility management or in technical building management (ES, HES, federal certificate, or equivalent training)
  • confirmed experience in the management of complex buildings
  • a good command of digital technical building management and maintenance tools such as CAFM
  • in-depth knowledge of the prescriptions and standards applicable in Switzerland (e.g., OIBT, SN EN ISO 52120-1, AEAI prescriptions)
  • solid skills in project management and in the coordination of multiple stakeholders
  • A synthetic and structured mindset supported by ease of writing and interpersonal skills

Your sense of service will make the difference

Beyond your technical skills, you know how to create trust with users and unite service providers and internal teams around a common goal: buildings that work well and where one feels good.

Organized, reactive, and rigorous, you know how to manage emergencies san
