Your mission: ###

• You are responsible for the proper conduct of Facility Services operations at your clients
• You implement the strategy and objectives set
• You are the partner and the preferred contact for your clients
• You are responsible for budget monitoring and compliance
• You are responsible for the satisfaction and quality of the services provided
• You manage and lead multi-activity operational teams on a daily basis
• You monitor performance and analyze KPIs
• You ensure proper compliance with HSE rules
• You seek the constant optimization of service quality by implementing the necessary actions
• You are proactive and constantly looking to be a source of proposals for your clients

Your profile: ###

• You have initial or continuing education in the field of Facility Management (FM), building technology (HES, MAS), higher education in the field of hospitality (hotel school) or similar fields
• Initial or continuing education in a technical field, an asset
• Proven management and professional skills, ideally in the service sector
• Experience in Facility Management, Facility Services or a similar field; experience in the healthcare sector is a major asset
• Good technical knowledge
• Autonomous, proactive and structured working method, with good analytical skills
• Stress-resistant personality, capable of setting priorities correctly
• Team spirit and ability to motivate others
• Appropriate and convincing presentation
• Very good IT knowledge
• Category B driving license
