Desired profile:

• HES Bachelor's in business informatics, information systems, computer science or equivalent training * Additional training in project management (HERMES, IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2 or equivalent) * Minimum 5 years of experience in steering IT projects oriented towards business applications * Solid experience in needs analysis, writing specifications and functional specifications as well as in managing testing and acceptance phases * Very good knowledge of ERP environments, business software, application interfaces and data governance * Proven experience in coordinating IT service providers, suppliers, software publishers or integrators * Excellent mastery of project management methods, with a strong ability to prioritize, plan and monitor several projects simultaneously * Ease in communication with technical and business interlocutors, ability to unite teams and create buy-in for projects * Analytical spirit, sense of organization and ability to transform complex operational needs into pragmatic solutions * Autonomous, proactive and results-oriented personality, endowed with an excellent sense of service and a real capacity to support change * Experience in public transport, infrastructure or multi-site services constitutes an important asset Your mission:
• Steering IT projects with a dominant application component, from the scoping phase to production, while guaranteeing compliance with objectives, deadlines, budgets and expected quality + Collecting, analyzing and formalizing the needs of different departments in order to propose high-performance digital solutions adapted to the company's challenges + Ensuring the interface between users, technical teams and external partners in order to guarantee the success of projects and fluid communication between all stakeholders + Coordinating suppliers, integrators and software publishers, monitoring the progress of services and ensuring the proper integration of applications into the existing IT ecosystem + Organizing the testing, validation and deployment phases of solutions, while supporting users in change management and the adoption of new tools + Actively participating in the evolution of the information system by contributing to the optimization of the application portfolio, the continuous improvement of processes and the modernization of working methods + Playing a key role in the digital transformation of the company by providing a vision oriented towards business, performance and user satisfaction jpid665474ajm jpit1043jm jpiy26jm
