Your mission

As a junior accountant within our fiduciary company, you will be supported in order to ensure the complete management of a client portfolio. Your main tasks will include notably :

• Bookkeeping according to Swiss standards ;
• The preparation of periodic and annual closings ;
• The preparation and monitoring of VAT returns ;
• The monthly management of payroll accounting for certain clients ;
• The preparation of tax returns (natural and legal persons) ;
• Assistance to the responsible auditors within the framework of auditing financial statements ;

Your profile

• CFC as a commercial employee or training deemed equivalent; you are in the process of obtaining the Federal Diploma of specialist in finance and accounting or other training deemed equivalent, or you wish to start training ;
• 1 to 2 years of experience in accounting, ideally in a fiduciary company, would be a plus ;
• Good basics in Swiss accounting, desire to deepen your tax knowledge ;
• Rigor, curiosity, commitment and good management of multiple tasks ;
• Ability to work autonomously while promoting a team spirit ;
• Comfortable with usual IT tools and learning abilities for accounting software (Winbiz, Bexio, Banana, Excel, etc.) ;
• Good writing skills in French
