Health Care Assistant (M/F) -- 90% to 100% -- Towards a permanent position ### Your missions * Accompany beneficiaries in daily life activities (help with getting up, going to bed, dressing, meal assistance) to promote their well-being and maintenance at home * Provide hygiene, comfort, and basic care according to your field of competence * Carefully observe the general state of beneficiaries and identify any physical or psychological changes * Ensure clear and regular transmissions to the reference caregivers (nurses, ASSC) * Record your daily interventions on dedicated mobile tools ### Your profile & Requirements * Certificate or diploma as a Health Care Assistant (Swiss Red Cross, Espace Compétences or equivalent title) * Swiss Red Cross (CRS) recognition mandatory for foreign diplomas * Minimum B2 level of French (oral and written) * Driver's license and personal vehicle indispensable to perform the rounds * Ease with mobile tools (the use of the Medlink software is a real +) * Initial experience in home care represents an additional asset * Interpersonal skills, discretion, punctuality and autonomy ### What we offer & Framework of the position * Housing: Possibility of accommodation in the region at a very advantageous rate * Perspective: Long-term temporary mission leading to a permanent position * Activity rate: 90% to 100% * Start date: Immediately or to be agreed * Intervention location: Pays-d'Enhaut region ### Interested in this opportunity?
