Job description ##

• Control of the construction process, from the assignment to the defect-free handover
• Responsibility for compliance with costs, deadlines and quality
• Independent development of object planning and detailed planning
• Acquisition/support of clients and maintenance of contact with authorities, offices and craftsmen

We expect ##

• Completed training as a Construction Manager, Construction Supervisor or Architectural Drafter
• Sales and commercial flair
• Initiative and negotiation skills
• Strong communicative skills and good ability to assert oneself
• Quick comprehension and great organizational talent
• Taking responsibility regarding quality, deadline and costs
• High degree of independence, resilience and flexibility
