Integration Counselor (80% to 100%)

Attached to the Service du travail of the Direction des sports et de la cohésion sociale, Emploi Lausanne is an essential part of the system set up by the Ville de Lausanne regarding professional integration and social integration through work. Its mission is to increase the chances of the beneficiaries of its services of integrating into the labor market through a system of benefits developing their employability and promoting employment. In order to complete the team of counselors in charge of individual follow-ups of beneficiaries in integration measures for disability insurance and social assistance, Emploi Lausanne is looking for an integration counselor at 80%-100%.

Main mission(s)

Accompany, advise and support participants in achieving the objectives of the measure

Drive and coordinate professional integration measures with the various partners concerned, in particular disability insurance

Ensure the smooth running of professional integration measures within our workshops or partner companies

Contribute to the management of the network of partner companies and its development

Profile

University or HES Bachelor's in psychology or a title deemed equivalent

Additional training in the HR field or professional reintegration, desired

Confirmed professional experience in conducting professional assessments, counseling and supporting beneficiaries

Knowledge of mental health issues and the disability insurance measurement system, desired

Result-oriented person, sense of negotiation, organization, writing skills

Proficiency in MS Office and communication tools
